If you find any grayed entries > Right click on it > Select "Uninstall". Then reboot the computer and reconnect the SD card again. The drivers will be re-installed and the SD card will be deleted by the PC now.

Method #2: Run chkdsk to fix blank and unsupported SD card

If it still cannot be detected by the computer, there might exist some inner errors or file system corruptions that make the SD card shows blank. Then, you can run chkdsk command to get the unsupported SD card fixed.

  • Type: cmd in the search box and right-click "cmd.exe" then enter the command prompt
  • Type: chkdsk /X /f sd card letter: or chkdsk sd card letter: /f

If you need to check the SD card, do remember to type the SD card letter such as: "chkdsk /X/f L:" or "chkdsk L: /f". When it has finished, your SD card will become readable again.
