When Contacts are not available in Outlook address book then you have to try with these solutions...
#1: Whether Outlook address book is added to profile: Open Address Book list from mail profiles; for Outlook 2007, go to Tools → Account Setting → tab Address Books and for Outlook 2010 and 2013, switch to File → Account Settings… → select Address Books tab. If your Outlook Address Book is already added then mark contact folder as Outlook Address Book, otherwise press New or Add button. Then select 'Additional Address Book' and go next. Now choose 'Outlook Address Book' and press Next. It will prompt you to close Outlook and restart it to take effect. Press OK and restart Outlook to add service.
#2: Whether Contact folder is marked as Outlook Address Book: By adding Outlook Address Book service into profile, user can make any contact folder shown in Address Book. Just right click Contact folder and select Properties → select Outlook Address Book tab → choose option by showing this folder as email Address. By now you should be in the position to select Contact by using Address Book.
