I am trying to play a couple of .mov video files on my Windows PC that I imported from a camera but I am unable to do so as it is showing MOV file black screen QuickTime. I am guessing there’s something wrong with my PC and it is interfering with QuickTime media player resulting in displaying nothing except a black screen in QT.
My PC is running on Windows 7 and is configured with 1 GB of RAM. I have QuickTime 10.1 media player installed along with default media player. The MOV is unable to play using neither of them. The videos play almost fine using VLC. Can anyone help me out with a suggestion or solution for resolving MOV file black screen QuickTime? Thanks.
